As we progressed into the new millennium, we did not spare any effort in contributing to and helping out different facets of society, for example hosting a grand vegetarian feast to raise funds for Ren Ci Hospital, delivering food and mooncakes to Geylang East Home For The Aged during the Mid-Autumn Festival and raising donations for the devastating Sichuan earthquake. We have also engaged in friendly exchanges with fellow associations in Beijing, Shanghai and Xiamen; also proudly announcing our fraternal association with the Hong Kong Chefs Association. The spirit of culinary excellence is kept alive by frequent exchanges and special demonstrations hosted by renowned chefs.

Growing from strength to strength, these 20 years have been wonderful, especially with the motivational encouragement from everyone. With your tireless support, the Association will continue to scale greater achievements in the future!

18 November 2013 marks the 18th year of our association. Through the years we have grown from strength to strength, setting many milestones and making numerous achievements. Chairman Yin Ming led the anniversary cake-cutting ceremony, wishing upon us a bright future filled with more opportunities!
