On a night dating back to 3rd of June in 1989, Chef Li Tai, Huo Jin Tang and Dai Long of the Chef’s Association gathered and came up with an idea to form the “Singapore HK International Restaurant Trade Friendship Association”. In 1990, they sought the legal expertise of Mr Luo Lian Guo to register their association; it took five years of effort to culminate in the fruition of the current association on 18 November 1995. The pictures seen here feature our members having a fun soccer match and a nostalgic photo dating back to the Lunar New Year celebrations of 1991. |
